Accessibility Statement
Moffat County Government is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and are developing an accessibility plan in accordance with (Colorado Laws For Persons With Disabilities) enacted on June 30, 2021 and the standards that will be issued by the Office of Information Technology of the State of Colorado. This law requires all government agencies have web sites that comply with the state standards by July 1, 2024. Conformance with standards will help make the Moffat County Government website more user friendly for all people.
While Moffat County is actively working to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website as quickly as we would like.
We continually seek out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime, should you experience any difficulty in accessing the Moffat County Government website, please contact us.
