Northwest Colorado Health (NWCH)-

COVID testing available to established patients at the providers clinical discretion. Cost may vary depending on insurance. Client Assistance Program may be applicable.

Memorial Regional Health-

COVID testing available when seen at Rapid Care or by primary care providers, at the provider's clinical discretion. Cost will vary depending on insurance, and appointment type.
