- All deposits and fees are required at least one month in advance or at time of booking.
- A $500 security deposit is required for all events.
- Notice must be given two weeks in advance, if you are canceling the booking.
- With less than two weeks notice, one half of the rental fee may be retained.
- Event producer/user responsible for collecting all fees and making payment to Moffat County.

Any outside arena or racetrack event will be required to pay a refundable $500 (min) security/damage deposit (may be subject to increase by Fairgrounds management, depending on event) and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the County as an additional insured. A $1000 damage deposit may be required for events that involve extra snow/dirt work.
