Moffat County Friends of the Library is a volunteer organization dedicated to the active promotion, welfare, and support of the Moffat County Libraries. Our purpose is to grow and maintain an association of people interested in our libraries - their services, facilities, and needs, and to provide supplemental funding to assist in promoting the use and enjoyment of the libraries by the entire community. Our goal is to strengthen and expand the appreciation of the libraries as a cultural asset to the community.

- We promote literacy and the love of books and reading
- We provide volunteer support through task forces
- We do fund raising activities
