The Moffat County Libraries offer a number of free programs throughout the year:
- Story Time - Story times for children are hosted every week at the Craig Branch.
- Reading Programs- Every year we offer a Summer and Winter Reading program - Fun for all ages!
- 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten - An ongoing reading program for you and your young child.
- Baby Book Bags - Parents of new babies can pick up a complimentary bag which includes a free book and early literacy information.
- Dolly Parton's Imagination Library - Children ages 0-5 get a free book in the mail every month.
